John W. Bryant

Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFOO)

John has over 30 years of experience in corporate and private business.  His background is manufacturing, manufacturing process development, engineering, engineering management, business operations, and general/ P&L management.  As the Chief Operations & Financial  Officer of On The Mark, John is involved in all day-to-day operations and financial aspects of the company, working in conjunction with the leadership team.  John's focus is on back office operations process development and optimization (e.g., human resources, payroll, finance/accounting, IT/IS, etc.) along with the financial performance of the business.  Under his management and leadership, OTM has grown tremendously.  As in 2019, OTM has been named in both 2022 & 2021, one of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Rochester.

John began his career as a quality assurance engineer at Eastman Kodak Company.  He started in manufacturing but worked in manufacturing development, engineering, R&D management, and then profit & loss management.  In his last role at Kodak, John managed/led a $120MM world wide business with over 2000 employees.

John holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo and a Masters in Science degree in Mathematics & Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology.
