John W. Bryant

Partner & General Manager

John brings over 30 years of leadership experience across corporate and privately held businesses, with deep expertise in manufacturing, engineering, operations, and full P&L management. As General Manager of On The Mark, he oversees all day-to-day operations and is responsible for the company’s financial performance, business operations, human resources, and strategic execution, working closely with the leadership team to drive sustainable growth.

John’s focus is on building and optimizing back-office and operational processes—including HR, payroll, finance, accounting, and IT—to ensure efficiency, scalability, and long-term success. Under his leadership, On The Mark has experienced significant growth and was recognized as one of Rochester’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in both 2021 and 2022.

John began his career at Eastman Kodak Company as a Quality Assurance Engineer and progressed through roles in manufacturing, process development, engineering, R&D management, and profit and loss leadership. In his final role at Kodak, he led a $120 million global business with more than 2,000 employees worldwide.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Buffalo and a Master of Science in Mathematics and Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology.​
